Effect of ganglioside combined with pramexol in the treatment of Parkinson's disease and its effect on motor function

Background: This study was aimed to evaluate the efficacy of pramipexole combined with ganglioside for PD treatment and monotherapy, so as provide reference clinical practice. 
 Methods: 61 patients selected from June 2019 December 2020 at our hospital were divided into two groups. The control group (n=31) given dopasizide oral treatment, (n=30) pramipexole. efficacy, adverse reactions, motor function scores, UPDRS PDQ-39 scale TNF-α levels, related serum factor levels measured.
 Results: Compared group, total effective rate obviously increased. CRP TNF–α speech tone speed, sitting walking posture, writing hands ability scores reduced, while BDNF level increased in group. During period, compared incidence reactions significantly decreased.
 Conclusions: Ganglioside treating PD. It can effectively reduce TNF-α, increase BDNF, improve neurological function, does not patients. is worthy application.
